Terms of Service

Gisify provides an AI-assisted geospatial intelligence platform for managing maps, layers, dashboards and related data. We may update, add or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorised to bind your organisation to these Terms. Each paid seat is for a single named user.

Paid plans are sold on a per-seat, per-period basis as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. AI and certain metered features consume credits, which are pooled across your organisation; credit allowances and expiry are described at purchase.

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”). Paddle handles billing, invoicing, taxes and payment disputes. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others;
• upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted; or
• exceed or circumvent usage limits, credits or seat allocations.

You retain ownership of the data and content you upload (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Customer Data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to your Customer Data. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by Gisify and its licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription, subject to these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gisify’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination you may export your Customer Data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
